About Ife Fawoye Law

Dedicated representation built on listening, preparation, and respect.

Who We Are

At Ife Fawoye Law, we believe that the legal system should protect you, not confuse you. We started this firm because we saw too many people feeling lost in a sea of complex rules and cold paperwork.

Ifeoluwa Fawoye

Founder & Principal · Barrister, Solicitor & Notary Public

Ifeoluwa Fawoye is a dedicated advocate whose practice is built on a simple but powerful conviction: every client deserves rigorous, compassionate, and strategic representation, regardless of the complexity of their circumstances.

Before establishing his Canadian practice, Ifeoluwa accumulated years of legal and professional experience spanning family and civil litigation, corporate and commercial advisory, regulatory compliance, and policy advocacy for underrepresented communities. That breadth of background gives him a perspective that many lawyers take years to develop: the ability to see legal problems not just technically, but through the very human experiences that bring clients to his door.

In Canada, Ifeoluwa has deepened that foundation through meaningful engagement with the legal community, including as a licensee of the Law Society of Ontario and a member of the Canadian Association of Black Lawyers and the Middlesex Law Association. He brings hands-on litigation experience to his practice and is committed to accessible, client-centred advocacy at every stage of the legal process.

His practice focuses on the areas of law where the stakes are most personal: defending individuals navigating the criminal justice system, helping newcomers and families find their footing through immigration processes, and guiding families through some of life’s most difficult transitions with both sensitivity and resolve. Ifeoluwa understands that legal matters are rarely just legal; they are deeply human. He brings that understanding into every consultation, negotiation, and courtroom appearance.
