Is my information confidential?

What happens after I contact you?
cfvu22026-10-16T21:17:25+00:00We will arrange a confidential consultation, learn the details of your situation, explain your options, and — if you choose to proceed — get to work on your matter right away.
Will I work directly with Ifeoluwa Fawoye?
cfvu22026-06-16T15:00:00+00:00Yes. You work directly with your lawyer, who knows your file and is invested in your outcome.
How much will my matter cost?
cfvu22026-10-16T21:17:25+00:00Every matter is different. We will discuss fees openly at your consultation and make sure you understand the costs before you proceed — no surprises. For one-time services such as ILA, agreement reviews, and notary work, we charge a flat fee quoted upfront.
What should I bring to my first consultation?
cfvu22026-10-16T21:17:24+00:00Any documents relevant to your matter — for criminal cases, your court documents, disclosure, or a release; for family matters, separation agreements, court orders, or financial documents; for immigration matters, your passport, current permits, and any letters from IRCC. If you are not sure, just bring what you have.
What areas of law do you practise?
cfvu22026-10-16T21:17:24+00:00We provide legal services in criminal defence, family law, and immigration law, as well as independent legal advice (ILA), agreement reviews, and notary services, serving clients in London, St. Thomas, and across Middlesex and Elgin counties.
How much does a consultation cost?
cfvu22026-10-16T21:17:24+00:00Our initial consultation is one hour, at $250 + HST, paid in advance. If you retain us on an hourly basis, the consultation fee is credited toward your retainer. For one-time services such as independent legal advice and notarization, we charge a flat fee quoted upfront.
